The problem is how to configure it using the web-based management (WBM). I did this last year, but now I have forgotten. When I connect to Internet Explorer, the Scalance switch is not connecting and is showing the Siemens page instead. I have tried all day, but I can't get it to work, and I changed the local network connection, but that was not successful. Is there anybody who can help me?

I know new Scalance ip address default 0.0.0.0.. but when I got enternet explorer not yet connect.. once connect after that I know how to do configuration

You have to assign a IP address by DHCP, CLI or addtional tool like STEP 7 / TIA Portal, Proneta, PST Th euse of Proneta (see download) would be the simplest way if you haven't an installation of STEP 7 / TIA Portal.

In case of not know IP address configured, in case that also password is set then it is not important, you can reset it to factory cfg and lost all cfg inside. In case you have not set password or password is known, but IP is lost, you can run some IP scanner utility (check web) to know IP of this device. Then connection can be easy to set with also to set correct IP of PC in same subnet.
