To integrate 5K NTC temperature sensors (PT5000) with the S7-1200, you can use the SM 1231 RTD module (6ES7534-7QE00-0AB0)It is compatible with resistance sensors, so is suitable for NTC thermistors.

Also, this module allows individual configuration of each channel, so you can chose different scaling parameters for different temperature probes
