Denilson Pegaia Diamond Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 1/20/2026 Posts: 4450 Rating: (1487)	Hi As from TIA V20, following new system functions are available for starting and stopping logging: StartAuditLog / StoptAuditLog StartAlarmLog / StopAlarmLog StartTagLog / StopTagLog TIP This function is useful for manual log control, for example to only log over dedicated time or a dedicated occurrence (Error on plant floor, Product category) or for logging service for different production operation modes (log for Production, log for maintenance). After the stop -> start command, a new point will be stored as it comes (changes), that means if a tag doesn’t change, the actual value as the start command will not be plotted. Sample project (archived from TIA Portal as .zap120 and after that compacted in .zip format to be uploaded here) user= User, all password = Password1!
