Hello guys , we have a problem with updating OS on TP1200 Comfort HMI. We need update OS to version 14 or higher. We tried OS version 14 and 17. Update was OK bud ethernet connection with OS greather than 13 is not alive . Ethernet adapter gets IP 0.0.0.0 and we are not able to write IP adress to ethernet and also we are not able to connect with ethernet to the HMI panel.

We tried everithing to get it alive but without success. We made changes with Transfer settings ( Automatic, Manual , PN/IE , Ethernet ) , we also made changes with IP settings ( DHCP , Static IP ) . But nothing helped to get ethernet ports alive. After restore from USB ( OS13 image ) ethernet connection is again alive. Can we get some advice ?

Hello , We tried reset to factory settings before OS update (after reset IP adress 0.0.0.0 and default name ). We tried reset to factory and update with TIAportal , reset to factory and update with PROSave , reset to factory and update with USB.

We also tried different tipes of OS 14 -> OS 14.0 , OS 14.0.1 Upd8 , 14.0.1 Upd10. And the result was same - ethernet port death. 

And we also tried OS17 but without success. 

After all this attemps , we tried to make backup with PROsave from another TP1200 Comfort with OS14 where is ethernet connection alive - but also without succes.
