MP377 Downloading/Transfer

IBN-Service Posts: 8946 Rating: (1000)	Sindhu@KEAS-CBE Even after performing a OS update i get the same error.Im not sure whether the OS has updated,it asks for a image path,when the MP377 image is opened,it says there is no connection between the PC and HMI device. I am afraid, it is NOT possible do to an Update of the Panel OS if you got this message. Please check your setting, have a look at the "first steps" and the links from Wizard above. Its a little bit sad, that you dont answer my questions... Have good luck!
