   • Perform a "changes only" download to update the OS with the new descriptions.
   • Verify if the changes are reflected in the OS.

4. Full Download (if necessary):

   • If the "changes only" download does not reflect the updates, perform a full download of the OS.
   • This ensures that all changes are fully applied and synchronized.

5. Additional Steps (if needed):

   • Ensure synchronization between the I/O Identifier and the OS.
   • Clear any cached data or restart the engineering station.
   • Check for any software updates or service packs for PCS7 v9.0.
