TP1500 Comfort Miniweb doesn't show login fields

I try to reach the web page at https://192.168.0.2 and the page is loaded on browser but i can't see login fields to put user and password. I used many browsers but i had the same results. The configuration is correct, because I have another HMI in the near machine that work correctly. The unique difference is that the other panel is TP1900 Comfort. In the image attached you can see the problem. I need miniweb page to download log files that are stored on a usb pen installed on the hmi. Thank you for your help. ElonksuM_SN_BN Regular Expert Joined: 5/6/2022 Last visit: 9/9/2025 Posts: 589 Rating: (123)	Hi rlc.carmignani, In this case, I would recommend you to follow the procedure below to try to solve the problem with the Comfort Panel MiniWeb server: - Reset the panel to factory settings: "How do you do a SIMATIC HMI operating system update (firmware update, OS update) on operator panels or perform a "Reset to factory settings"?" - Delete the IM folder of the affected project: "How do I delete the IM folder of my TIA Portal project?" - Open the project through TIA and upload it back to the HMI panel. What is the result? Additionally, as an alternative I propose, you may be interested in sharing the files stored on the USB inserted in the panel with a shared network folder. For this, you can follow the following documentation: "Integration of HMI operator panels in TCP/IP networks and access to a NAS hard disk or a Windows shared folder and data exchange using "SIMATIC Option+ Manager" Best regards!

Open the https access to the webpages: https://<IP-Address> If you do not have a trusted certificate you have to make an exception in you browser but then it works: Bye Murof

I used more browsers and more computer, but nothing. I used https, but nothing. I'd like to remember that similar application is running in my second machine and there everything works good.
