Issue has been solved.

Correct IP setting seems to be necessary for both X5 and X8 ports of the CPUs even if one of them is not used. After I set the X8 IP address as well, the maintenance LED was gone and the MB_PNHSV was ready. 

 Hi Sir, I have this similar issue. I'm using up X5 to connect my interface module, so this caused I need to use X8 ports as switch to link up with my PC. I set a different family IP to X8, since the dialog mentioned the IP of X5 and X8 shouldn't be the same, but I can't read my PLC afterward. Can you show me an example of your IP setting? Because from what I know difference between X5 and X8 is only separate device count limitation.
