I'm trying to connect a HMI to a PLC so it'll control a conveyor, but I keep getting the same error, even after correcting the date on both

It's a KTP400 HMI and a SIMATIC ET 200SP PLC

Is there a HMI connection between your PLC and HMI?

How are the HMI tags connection configured?

which FW Version do you use in the PLC?

Which Image Version is installed on the HMI?

check if you hae set the korrect date/time on both systems

PLC FW is V3.1.3 and the HMI Image version is 17.00.00.00_42.01

I have also had to manually change both time and date on both of them, and still no result

 In he's case 99.9% the problem was that PLC and HMI date and time did not match. From TIA17 -> security sertificates came in to play for communications. The sertificate requires that date and time between communication parties has to match.
