Question: HMI can't be simulated

Please check the following pictures. the version of Tia Portal is V19. the PLC program can be simulated.

Was the HMI O/S updated from v14 to v19 (or at least as high as it can be updated)? Try that first. zhjp2023 Dear Guys, I got one problem.
