Im trying to access a unified panel through the web server ip and it displays the following message. Has anyone ever had this kind of issue?

No, I dont want to use a server. I want the HMI to work as usually, and the normal setup is a local management. 

My problem is that the HMI is 400km away, and Im trying to avoid having to drive there before checking I can solve it from here. 

But everything is pointing at an error in the UMC config, thats why I wanted to know if anyone had encountered such error and knew why it appeared.

To sum up, i should have local user management and asking if the non use of the server certificates could cause this kind of errors.

In response to your inquiry, after reviewing the documentation, we have documented this error as an incorrect configuration in theWinCC Unified Configurator. Specifically, in the second section ofUser Management.

If you do not wish to use a centralized configuration viaUMC, you must select thefirst option("Select local or central user management in TIA Portal"). After that, you need toapply the configuration, restart the engineering PC, and reload the project onto the panel.
