We need to implement Process Historian in PCS 7 V8.2. I checked the PH-HWAdvisor 2020 to calculate the PH server requirements, but it does not support PCS 7 V8.2; it only supports V9.X. Where can I find an older version of PH-HWAdvisor?

The 2020 Advisor tool found here Determination of suitable hardware for the Process Historian with the "PH-HWAdvisor" tool as of today's date can go back to 9.0 SP3.

If you check the compatibility tables of 8.2 (assuming 8.2 SP1) and 9.0 SP3 the Process Historian versions are the same.  So just use the tool as if 9.0.3 for your results.  

Highly recommend using PH2014 SP3 Up6 which is the last / highest version. If you are stuck at 8.2 SP0 then highest compat table shows Up3, but I would tend to believe this is lack of Siemens testing due to out of data version, not that Up6 won't work.

I have just installed PH 2014 SP2 and IS Combinedon a single station, and I configured all the required settings on the OS servers (Server1 and Server2). When the system is set up with a single OS server, it works correctly—tags and alarms are transferred in real-time to the OS server, and I can see the number of tags on the PH Dashboard. However, when I configured the system for redundancy, it started working with delays. I checked the redundancy tools, and both servers are synchronized. Occasionally, the system works correctly after disabling and re-enabling Server2.

In the Process Historian Dashboard, both servers are listed under the Data Source section, but no date or time is recorded in the "Last Tag Data" and "Last Alarm Data" columns. I have also configured the system files but cannot figure out why there is such a delay. Both servers have been running for about an hour now, and while both servers appear as clients in the dashboard charts, no data from the tags or alarms is visible in the charts.

update :

And a strange issue: after two hours, nothing had changed. I decided to change the value of a tag, and surprisingly, after simulating an analog input and setting its value to zero, logging started.

I should note that I have a large number of tags that should be logged continuously, and some tags must be logged immediately upon change. Therefore, the behavior where a tag value must be changed for logging to start is not valid.

Could this issue be due to the Process Historian not being updated? Specifically, do I need to installService Pack 3andUpdate 6?

If this issue is related to the lack of updates, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the download link.
