WinCC Runtime buttons greyed out

When I logon to the OS clients using same Simatic logon credentials, buttons are active. What could be the cause. Attachment WinCC Page Buttons.png (193 Downloads)

Or in WinCC User Administrator, the group where the user is located does not have the correct rights.
