as per my information Unit 2 ": "Aggr2Started" signal is run feedaback of Unit 2.So this signal comes only when Unit 2 is started.
Changeover is not happening and Unit 2 is not starting.

Hi,

With feature.bit7=true, you have to make sure the next unit must be available and started and no errors. Only then a switch is possible.

It looks like unit 2 does not have the signal: "Aggr2Started" signal.

I am using IL library Aggr08 block for two motors .
I need changeover of motors after specific time.

I did following block settings for chnageover but changeover is not happening,


OpTimeSwMode = 0
UnitMstrOP = 1
ChangeTime = 1
PrefUnitMode = 2
DelayOn = 10
DelayOff = 10
Feature bit 5 = true
Feature bit 6 = true
Feature bit 7 = true
Max Aggr = 2


Any solution for this?

 

I currently have the same issue, that unit 2 gets not started automatically after time. Only when unit 1 fails. Did you find a solution to get unit 2 running when it is time to switch? can it be done by the Aggr08 block or do i have to make extra logic for that? i am currently unsig the same settings as in your original post.
