We tried to transfer license. My colleague has generated START code and he sent it to me. I used START code to generate QUERY code and sent back to him. He generated ACTIVATION code and sent it back. I used ACTIVATION code but ALM reported "Incorrect activation codes". I can see 2 license in my ALM. If I check them I get "License key OK, 0 used" for both licenses. If I run TIA Portal, create new project and add new device S7-1500 CPU, TIA Portal reports "No valid license key". What did we wrong? How to solve this problem? Screenshots attached.
