The first thing I would check would be if the problem also happens in other projects on the same computer. Try creating a basic one and see if it's the same behavior.

If the behavior in the new project is correct, I suggest you perform the regeneration of the iM folder as shown in the following FAQ.

If it behaves the same, I would advise updating the version of tia Portal to the latest update available for your version.
