314-2PN/DP communication with Janitza energy analyze

Hi, I am using 314-2PN/DP and CP-341 Modbus Master and trying to communicate with the Janitza energy analyzer. The CPU has no error. Only TX LED is blinking on CP-341, and the slave device not responding. I checked the wiring through ADAM Modbus device and slave device responding fine. I read the multiple manuals but not able to communicate. Sometime, I am getting error of 830 on P_SEND_RK block. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS.
