hello,

i currently have an error when using tia portal v18 with a s7-1215FC DC/DC/RLY 6ES7 215-1HF40-0XB0 (v4.5) and the hmi being a KTP700 basic (v17) the issue comes when trying to communicate between them i can upload to the plc and to the hmi through the network with them both connected so i can assume all coms and device set up is okay? the issue comes when i load the programme up the hmi displays no errors then errors 140001 and 140021 before closing them it then throws error 190011 when i try to write to the plc or read from the plc through the hmi all inputs outputs and code works for the plc the only issue comes when the hmi is involved ive made a test folder in my programe which is just a simple light and button test for forwards and backwards communication does anyone have experience with this type of error? i at first thought it was PC/PG related but i dont think it is anymore and all securities on the PLC have been turned off although the PLC goes into error and cannot find the hmi whenever the HMI isnt plugged into the exact port it says it should be in. i hope this is enough information i can provide the programme if people would like also

If you do not have installed the latest Firmware on the Panel I would also do that (V17.0.0.8 is the latest OS Update)
