Green cable direct connection, IP addresses and subnet are set correctly. But I'm not able to connect to the LOGO. 

I tried with an other LOGO at home (same type 0BA8) and that works fine. At customer I'm not able to acces and upload any program. Already did factory reset.

Laptop IP 192.168.1.41 // subnet 255.255.255.0

LOGO IP 192.168.1.3 // subnet 255.255.255.0

The IP parameters are OK. There may be a lot of different reasons e.g. incompatible OS.

For me most likely is the software is too old. Therefore I recommend the upgrade to LOGO!Soft Comfort V8.4.1:

Hint: If you are not yet registered, the registration must be carried out beforehand because the software is restricted to export.

To download the update/upgrade to V8.4.1, you only need to be registered in the forum.

I am a little late with my reply, sorry for that.

Another issue can be related to a grounding problem, in case the laptop power supply has issues., or the panel has a sensor grounding.

Try the same when the laptop is on battery power, so that you are on the same electric potential.

I have seen a few times that a problematic solenoid coil was grounding and this affected the communication, in case the two devices connected by Ethernet are with separated power supplies.

did you check if your LOGO! Soft Comfort Version supports the not working LOGO! type?

Best is to do update to the latest LOGO! Soft Comfort update. This version LSC V8.4.1 supports any type of LOGO!.

Note: If you do not use a LOGO! 8.4, then you cannot use the FW update for LOGO!.
