How can I activate my UMC 100 User License in UMC?

When we have received the download license we were surprised because there was just a certificate, not a license file to transfer. In UMC settings there is just a chack box like "I confirm that I have a valid license for the required amount of user accounts", but it is not possible to check the box. (its deactive) 1) How can I check this box? 2) Is this enough to activate 100 users? 3) The license has a time span of 365 days. When does the countdown start?

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/8/2025 Posts: 16354 Rating: (1932)	Hello mdarende I think its only a paper license, if you acknowledge the license agreement you have to get sure to have the right license certificate. here are also a few information in the base document regarding licenses: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109780337 the 365 days start at buying date I would say. If you are not sure contact your Siemens sales contact Bye Murof
