Please support to get availability of company network 100%. I don't understand wherei I am doing mistake. I followed all steps but still it is not showing 100%.

I have done firewall settings also.

Please guide me or if you have any procedure, please share.

Hi

Which controller are you working with, Sinumerik 828D or 840Dsl? I'm assuming from the colour scheme your software version is V4.8 or higher.

Initial impressions suggest you don't have basic communications established to the machine (it shows the port unplugged).

I would suggest making a point to point connected between the controllers X130 and a basic laptop, set both within the same subnet (static address allocation) and try to ping.

Once you have basic communication we can talk more about opening port 102 for PLC Comms

I am working on Sinumerik 840D SL and version is V04.08.

I did connect laptop to X130 port and ping IP 10.112.40.1 and it shows good. But I couldn't access PLC IP 192.168.214.1

I also setup FirewallOpenPort but still I don't understand what is missing. I am attaching all images for your reference.

I have one question Do I need to tick routing for Routing X120 ---> X130 in system network setting?

Now it is showing 100% availability. But still it is showing manually off. And not communicated to S7 project PLC IP 192.168.214.1

Please help to resolve it.
