Now we downloaded to a CPUwith this engineeringstation. The license manager has decreased the PO1000 with 300 PO, so now we have one PO700 and one PO2000 left. Now the question: We made a mistake, because the PO1000 has to be on another Engineerinstation, so we have to get the PO300 back and use the PO2000. How can we do that without stopping the CPU? CBo Gold Member Joined: 4/5/2006 Last visit: 10/3/2025 Posts: 917 Rating: (63)	Hi Jaapie, there is a complete description about scenario possible to manage "AS RT PO" in PCS7 online manual: SIMATIC Manager Help -> Configuration - Egineering System -> Implementing PCS7 Configuration -> Conting AS Function -> Counting and Booking Process License I think is not possible to do what asking: "...The compile and download operation involves detecting the process objects within the program, and the CPU and memory card serial numbers. Aided by this number, a program is assigned to the CPU..." Regards

daga Gold Member Joined: 3/18/2009 Last visit: 12/9/2025 Posts: 306 Rating: (95)	Interesting Idea CBo, never thought of it.....but if works (and I don't have any reason to believe that it won't) then probably you can do it without another CPU as well. Move your 700(1000) PO licesnse out of your ES. Create 300 dummy POs in your project. Do a changes only download. 300 POs are booked now on the 2000 PO license. Move the 1700(2000) license out of ES and move back the 700(1000) license back into your ES. Delete the dummy 300 POs from your program and do a changes download. This should bookback the 300 POs (without the CPU stop) to make it 1000(1000) Exchange licenses again. Let us know if it worked, Jaapie.
