What is the question?

 I thought it was stated in the title?

Its supposed to be a starter project for a motor/servo where they want to change a parameter.

If you have the same CU, you can power it with 24VDC with a Sinamics compatible memory card (G120 family?) loaded with those files.

It should load the project to the CU (if configured correctly).  From there, you can upload to Starter.

There _may_ be a better way, but that's my simple-brain approach that does not require me knowing very much.
