Hi. I followed the way to PG/PC interface to see my settings. It is set as S7online→ MPI (active). 
I tried to change to TCP/IP but had no success with connecting between PG/PC and HMI.
 

After changing to Ethernet instead of MPI, the progress of checking the status was *working* / waiting with message Please boot the HMI device. 
But the HMI was waiting for OS factory update.. no response on any of them. 
Really stuck here, maybe you have any suggestions?

Split from TP700 Comfort. The OS does not boot.

I tried that too. No, it goes back to the same screen.
