quize actualizar a la nueva version el firmware de pack 3200, com powerconfig y carga el firmware pero se queda en 94% y ahi esta 15 miniutos para q me diga q tengo problemas de comunicacion y mi 3200 quedo sin textos me pide ahora install textos por favor quiero ayuda y soporte tengo  q instalar para mi cliente que por querer actualizarlo me meti en serios problemas y por lo tanto mis servicios no seran pagados

I tried to update the firmware of my Pack 3200 to the new version using PowerConfig, and it started loading the firmware, but it got stuck at 94%. Please tell us which version of the PAC 3200 and the firmware update you are attempting to setup. This document discusses the different versions along with specific requirements for each:

For example:

• "After updating the PAC 3200 to firmware V2.4.4 it is imperative to update the language package to version V2.4.3! The related language package can also be found on this download page."

It would be helpful is you showed us a screencapture of the error messages you receive while installing your update so we can better understand your problem.
