Hola tengo una KTP 700 se bloque para restaurar sistema , descargue archivo Zip, lo incorpore a un usb , al conectar la pantalla queda oscura (apagada) y no corre programa de restauración???

Que debo hacer????

Hola Costanza: efectivamente necesito reset de fabrica de HMI KTP 700.

Ya realice todo el procedimiento, pero no me reconoce el USB, e probado con tres USB diferentes , y sigue sin reconocerlo,

Asi que mi HMI sigue bloqueada.
