Hi If i understood you right, you will change the messagetexts of a alarm triggert by a template. what do you mean with template? A block icon? a faceplate? a picture window? Is it your own template? How do you created the alarms? how do you want to trigger the changing of the text? regards cumulus |

Hi Open the Alarm Logging Editor. highlight the Message you want to change rightclick at the highlight and klick at properties at the register text you can change the texts and add process values in texts at the register Tag/Action you can add process values here you find informations about the texts: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/30550239 here you find informations about process values in texts and variable texts in messages: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/20545848 regards cumulus |

Hi You will change operator massages? Here is a FAQ how you can create own operator messages: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24325381 please poste a screenshot of the message, that i can see the message text and the messagenumber of the message you will change. regards cumulus |
