Not ONLINE between S5 and CPU

(from QUATECH type SSPXP-100). WHen I look to the device manager it has the parameters: COM4; IRQ17 IO:h4000-h4007. I read in the manual that I've to set in the file c:\STEP5\S5_SYS\S5@@@@AS.INI that you should adjust theire the necessary parameters for the COM4 port. I've done this, but nevertheless I can't connect to the CPU Installed on the PC: Windows XP SP3, STEP5 v7.23 Who can help? Kind regards, Bart.

Perhaps this FAQ would help - "System message no. 0334" when attempting to go online with STEP 5 V7.2 in Windows XP Regards, Hristo Mihalev
