We are trying to commission an installaton with 2pcs parallel bridges of 6RA7096-4MV62-0-Z. Rating (each bridge): 950VAC, 1000VDC, 2200ADC The problem we are facing is that the voltage measurements are all wrong. When we have an actual AC supply voltage of 940V (as measured by a good multimeter), the drive measures 1100V. The same problem exists in the DC voltage measurement. When we have an actual DC voltage of 150V, the drive measures almost 200V. The field current measurement is also a little off. At an actual field current of 65A, the drive measures 62A. This measurement problem in consistent in both the parallel bridges. What could be the reason? The parameter list is attached. Attachment00000002.zip (392 Downloads) |

I advised you to check P78 and U821 |

and also you can change the voltage sensor board or the rear board for momery the parameters. |

Hi This is not a Simoreg CM. It is a Simoreg DC-Master. So the U821 parameter should not matter. Regards |

I have seen this problem before and I fixed it when I changed the board. |
