Wrong voltage measurement with 6RA70

RollingPin Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	We are trying to commission an installaton with 2pcs parallel bridges of 6RA7096-4MV62-0-Z. Rating (each bridge): 950VAC, 1000VDC, 2200ADC The problem we are facing is that the voltage measurements are all wrong. When we have an actual AC supply voltage of 940V (as measured by a good multimeter), the drive measures 1100V. The same problem exists in the DC voltage measurement. When we have an actual DC voltage of 150V, the drive measures almost 200V. The field current measurement is also a little off. At an actual field current of 65A, the drive measures 62A. This measurement problem in consistent in both the parallel bridges. What could be the reason? The parameter list is attached. Attachment 00000002.zip (392 Downloads)

Even "long" name of Simoreg CM isSIMOREG DC-MASTER Control Module. This name means conversion and modernization of DC drives in existing installations. In DC technology, many installations exist that are older than 5 - 10 years and still use analog technology. When these installations are converted or upgraded, the motor, mechanical and power sections are left in the installation and the trigger and control section replaced by a SIMOREG DC-MASTER Control Module. The result is a modern DC drive at an extremely low price, with the full functional scope of the tried and tested fully digital devices of the SIMOREG DC-MASTER 6RA70 range. The configuration of the existing components is adapted by simple parameterization. The SIMOREG DC-MASTER Control Module contains a power section for the field supply with a rated current of up to 40A. Even in to DriveMon you could select only Simoreg DC Master.
