Motor Vibration

CNC Chennai Posts: 177 Rating: (2)	Dear All I am Facing an Prolblem in 840d 611D system . When the Axis is Moving in Slow Speed the Axis is Vibrating More . But it is Normal in High Speed. Axis Connected with Ext Encoder We Replaced LT Module and Control Card ODM33.Mechanical Movement Every thing is Ok. Still Problem Exits . How to Tune the Servo Data Pl Explain.

CraigSimpson Posts: 159 Rating: (1)	Vibration which is evident at slow speeds and not evident at higher speeds is usually caused by something binding mechanically; gibs, balls in ballnut, etc. If you say there is definitely no mechanical problem then I would optimise the drive via the control.
