Is WinCC able to know that French (Canada) is the same as Francais (Canada) ?

I m using wincc flexible 2008 SP1 Thanks One of our customers have the exact same problem running a runtime WinCC flexible 2005 fwx file. He have no text at all in any page. Really all text are missing (they are not configured with visiblility options). He also see "???" in some buttons. On my side running the same files I have no problem. He is also using WinCC flexible 2005, the runtime version, on his side. Is it a problem in versions (service pack not installed at customer) or license not working ? Thanks Fred Edit: Further search say it might be related to languages, the languages used in the project must exist in the regional options of the computer. It works Ok on my computer, languages are French (Canada) and English (United States).At the customer it is a french version of windows so in the regional settings it is Francais (Canada) instead of French (Canada). The version he is running was compiled on my english Windows. Is WinCC able to know that French (Canada) is the same as Francais (Canada) ?
