WinCC flexible/Sm@rtService is an option to WinCC flexible. You can do the following: - Use Teleservice software, Step 7 and modem at officeandon location a TS adapter II (with integrated modem) to connect to MPI or Profibus. - Use Teleservice software, Step 7 and modem at office and on location a TS adapter IE (With integrated modem) to connect to Ethernet. - Or you can use a VPN tunnel: What should you watch out for with a remote access to a SIMATIC S7 with STEP 7 via the internet?
