difference between address IW and PIW??

sunn7 Posts: 152 Rating: (2)	hi all can any body calrify me smethng about the address area in STEP7 1) what is the difference between Input word (IW) and Peripheral input word(PIW) in one last project , the program was done in FBD/LAD. and in HWCONFIG, there are AI-AO cards. but no tags defined inside. but in symbol table i find all Analog input and outputs with PIW address. 2) then how these I/Os are connected with CPU, when it is not defined inside cards?? can any body explain me thanks in advance sun
