KTP600PN calibration

From 7 (seven) color KTP600PN/DP ordered, 4 (four) of them have the same problem after first start: the Cancel button (from transfer state) cannot be reached (out of screen area) - so trying to access the control panel> op settings> calibrate it's impossible. Question: Does anyone know a solution (soft or hidden control through F1...F6) for entering directly in calibration mode? Thank you in advance.
