meTRAIAN Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	Hello. I have a problem, hope that someone can help me. This is my first project so please don't be understand my stupid question. The situation is: I have: TP177A, S7-300 CPU and a Sinamics S120. The aplication is class 3. I selected telegram 110.The Sinamics is set in positioning mode(basic positioner) . From the panel I set the length desired. My aplication has a gear box where 5 motor rotation set 1 reel rotation, and one reel rotation means 20 cm. SO....if the user set 1111mm from the panel that means=> 1111/20=55.55=> to complete the 1111mm, the reel must make 55.55 rotation, but because gearbox the motor has to do:55.55x5=277.75 rotation. This rotation set must be multiply with rotation lenght unit of sinamics(my case 1000), and result:27.775.000 of leght unit. Can anybody help me to do this calculation in ladder.
