Help me upgrade simoreg DC ?

I have simoreg DC masterdrive 6RA7025 -6DVD62-Z .I want to use for motor srewdown mill : I armature = 800A , U armature = 440 V DC, I field = 30 A, U field = 220 V DC. I don*t upgrade it. Can you guide me or share document,design experiment ? Thank you very much !

Basically if motor and drive are "compatible" each other (drive' voltage and current are higher then motor' ones) you should put the power section data, motor data ... in to drive and then to start optimization. Just follow instructions from SIMOREG DC Master 6RA70; software version 3.1 manual. best regards, Hristo Mihalev

I want to use simoreg DC 6RA7025 : I arm = 60 A, U arm = 400 V DC, I field = 10 A , U field = 325 V DC Motor DC : P = 320 KW , I arm motor = 800 A , U arm mot = 440 VDC, I field = 30 A ,U field = 220 VDC . I has 6 modul couple Thyristor : 1200 A , 1200 V and board amplification pulse ! I was installed,connected power and tested but finished ? Can you guide me procidure, method set and document,please ? I don"t known set resistor burden in this simoreg DC drivermaster for fit my purpose?Because this document doen"t guide to set it? I was flowed current to armature of motor but conveter message error : F 006 .I was set P086 >0 .Then message error other : F 58 (Value : 10) . I was test it but OK . Can you help me,please ? Thank you !

If you want to use your own power section based on thiristors you have to reprogram eprom (dificult) or have to use Simoreg CM module designed for aplication yu try to build. See chapter 6 in DC Master catalogue DA21.
