Sinumerik 810M-alarm 6113 and 6105

luciferC4 Silver Member Joined: 1/25/2006 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 257 Rating: (62)	Hello, on one welding CNC machine as control unit is used Sinumerik 810M with S5-CPU 150U PLC unit. The problem which is appeared is two alarms: 6113- ilegal value of counter-timers MC5 and after that alarm 6105-missing block MC5. All time PLC is in stop mode and it is not possible to move system. Can someone help me? Notice: all problems is coused by low battery and probably some part of programs is lost.

OvidiuNastac Posts: 419 Rating: (19)	Hi I think that you've lost the PLC program. So after the batery replacement you'll need to reload the PLC program (if you have it) or an archive. Good luck Nit
