clarity Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Just to update this in case anyone has a similar problem the service engineer has been out from Siemens. He has told us the CCU board needs replacing due to an unknown fault at a cost of £2005 GBP (service replacement) The machine will start loading in backups but then the PLC fails and the 7 didgit indicator just displays a dot no numbers. He tried many ways of loading the backups including the onboard PCMIA card but to no avail. Looks like we have no choice but to replace the board. Thanks to all those that helped me in this matter as I was able to save the engineer some time by explaining what i HAVE TRIED. Best regards Craig
