The drive is a common rectifier MLFB 6SE7041-8HK85-0AA0 Serial # Q6N5164532003 Has a thyristor type 6SY7010-0AA54installedin type'A' block (6SY7010-0AB60) and into a type'B' block (6SY7010-0AB61). I have the instructions for replacing the thyristor block in the drive but not the replacement of the thyristor in the thyristor blocks (see attached). My technicians replace similar devices in all sorts of power electronic equipment and would appreciate the correct procedure and tension to apply across the junction. Hi, bad news, I tried to find a manufacturer code when I logged into the spare parts database, however, unlike most other cases, only the Siemens MLFB was quoted 6SY7010-0AB60. I was hoping to see something like a Semikron, Eupec or a BSM reference, and then use google to find the Manufacturer datasheet where the recommended torques would be quoted. See the attached for an example. Perhaps you can see some additional information on the actual unit and do the same procedure like I mentioned. Regards, and Sorry!!!
