Hi,
I have a WinCC project created using WinCC Flexible 2008 SP1 that I want to run on a SIMATIC PC 677B. The WinCC Runtime that came with the PC was SP2 and I was not able to transfer my program to the PC.
After I uninstalled SP2 and installed SP1 on the PC, I was able to transfer my program. But now every few hours the PC crashes owing to fwrecipe.dll (see the error log below).I have the same program running on 3 other PC677B for the last 18 months without any issue. Of course those PCs had SP1 on them.

Is this a know issue? and what can I do rectify it quickly? I am reluctantto re-install the OS as the PC677B has no drive and it will be very diffcult for me to do it on site. Can system restore work?

Hi,

I am still getting the HMI runtime error intermittently. I have attached the screenshots of the error message along with the system error report txt file. As before, the problem still seems to be around the fwrecipe.dll.

Any ideas guys? Please help.
