solution for 'Batch Over' problem in weighing hopper.[Material Handling Electrical}

Daily we r facing problem about BATCH OVER [Bcoz of ths batch over weighing device not ready for another material Batch in furnace , and for ths we hav reset all the power of panel of weighing device] through our weighing controller,we changed ths Weighing controller but problem still comes, and we thk problem is from PLC programming. Signals from Weighing Device: 1. Weighing Device active. 2. 95 % Material feed. 3. 100 % mateial feed. & from HMI just give setpoint for material quantity & command for BATCHING [for feed in Furnace]. When HMI operator give command (setpoint) for material feeding at that time vibratosget ONand at 100% feedsiganalvibrator wasOFF. at that time weighing devicemeasuredtheactual material in hopper. This in one Batch procees,but when operator give command (setpoint) during runningBatch= exixts setpoint system accept that setpoint & controller batch over signal occure at that time. So we hav solution for whenever BATCH command given normaly...plcshould not accept another Batch command for feed material in normal batch process.

You better disable the part which receives set point on HMI when the Batch=Exists is ON. But i wanna make clear tht another FURNACE feeding same system operates with S5 plc normaly. means at any timeoperator can giveSETPOINT [command] for feeding material duringrunning Batch.and thr is no problem aboutBatch over. So as per ur reply we made Disable I/O whr from we give setpoint on HMI. But no use of ths idea operator should hav user frndly Setpoint command option at any time during Batch exist also....as compared [like] with another furnace feeding. Whatshould we do better than ths...?
