PLC DATA is geting clear after 12 hours of power off in 810D

VICKYDIGITAL Posts: 19 Rating: (1)	Dear Friends, I am facing problem of PLC data corruption in 810D CCU3.4 card , after 12 hours of power off PLC data getting corrupted , but at the same time NC DATA there is no problem.NC DATA is intact after 12 hours of power off. Generally we are doing machine power off in night , when we start machine in the morining PLC is going in stop mode .Then even if i did NCK reset PLC is not starting. I tried to load PLC.arc from HMI screen it giving error in transmission. In Simatic manager also i was not able to go online.It was giving error "Communication not established target partner is not responding". After doing PLC clear through S4 switch & again downloading PLC program through Simatic manager the PLC is getting start. If i do power off of machine for 2-3 hours & i start machine it is working fine. but if i do machine poer off for 12 hours PLC data is geting clear or corrupted. Please give reply if any body is having solution for this problem.
