Hi.
We have a machine with 840Di system and it control some INDRAMAT drive(version:KDS 1.1).
When we give negative JoG command for X axis (Table) ,Table moves and stop the coomand
the table moves to positive direction automatically.It happens without giving any command and
its position doesn't change in HMI.It happen in some area of table.
The problem isn't cause of INDRAMAT drive because , we changed it.
ADI4 doesn't have problem because we check setpoint form ADI4 when Table moves.
Table(Axis X) have ruler form Heidenhain company (LS 403).
We open ruler and service it but problem doesn't fix.
How we can be sure that the exact problem?

1] Drive, Motor power cable & encoder cable sheild to be properly Grounded.
2] Remove the setpoint from the Drive & check wheather the axismoving without command.If the problem remains you have to adjust the drift value in that drive.
3] Is there any alarm in the screen at that time.
