Can not establish connection with MP277 to transfer project!

Currently, I am working with MP277 10" touch panel, I set the dip switches on the PPI cable as following (1=ON, 2=ON, 3=OFF, 4=OFF, 5=ON and the rest are OFF). In the SET PG/PC interface I set the "MPI WinCC PPI" with COM1 and Multi Master check box enabled. Also I have enabled data channel on the panel and then enabled transfer mode on the panel. umencho Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 1/10/2026 Posts: 10247 Rating: (1183)	Hello Tomy, If we speak for Order Number: 6ES7901-3CB30-0XA0 The RS232/PPI Multi Master cable (with 8 DIP switches) can be used if DIP switch number 5 is set to PPI/freeport ("0"). The cable must be dead for it to accept the change. best regards, Hristo Mihalev
