ABORT RESTORE Storage card couldn't be dectected. Try restore again? Insert storage card and press 'OK' or abort restore with 'CANCEL' Regards

That's only possible when you have a Memory Card. (First you have done a Backup on old panel using the Back up option in Control panel and a Memory Card) Please have a look at this link: how do you backup/restore with a Windows-based panel?
