+24V Supply Failure in MM-440

Hello, can you be more specific with a part number etc. Do you mean a failure of a power supply card on a chassis unit, or a failure of the 24V output on the I/O board (Pin 8 on MM420 or Pin 9 on MM430/440). Please ensure that the installation of the drives is as per the manufacturer recommendations in the manual(for whatever drive type you have)to minimise EMI interference and possible damage. Is there any extreme environmental reasons why this may fail, i.e. moisture, dust? Are you driving any load from the 24V output, instead of volt free contacts? Are there any power supply spikes (from other drives, or are you wiring the 24V over a long distance? Regards, Graeme
