MM440 - Inverter Fault - pin of 20 (Invrter is OK) after start=0

MIrNa1144 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Hi i have one Micromaster440 used in CNC Machine,when i start Drive show me "Ready to run" but when i try to start motor show me "Inverter Fault" & didn't any show on BOP of drive or in R0947. before was working good but now...,i can't understand why? notice when i start motor,pin of 20(Inverter OK) is "0" & no 24vDC Thanks Attachment 2011-01-22_124312.jpg (167 Downloads)

If you do, it is possible that the changeover relay contact is not operating correctly. Change the digital output from D01 to DO3 instead and try again. Regards, Graeme

MIrNa1144 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Hi i changed P733: Din000:52:3 Din001:52:3 Din002:52:3 same p731 & also change wiring,instead of pin 18 use pin 23,instead of pin 20 use 25. but same before voltage on pin25 same pin 20 was "0". maybe another problem inside of drive or ... or maybe problem with encoder of motor? thanks.

MIrNa1144 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Hi Thanks for answering. finally i found what was the problems. in p731 for Dout1 was set 52:3,it means "Drive Fault Active",but they use it in PLC softwarefor "Inverter Ok",i change p731 from 52:3 to 52:1(Drive ready to run) & problem solved.
