Logging problems

Maro Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello Everybody, I hope that someone can help me with the following problem: i have a chemical proces where the following data has to be logged: Temperature, Ph value, AddedSoda, Date1stSoda, Time1stSoda, Added1stEnzym, Date1stEnzym..... .... I think that no method from The 4 logging methods described in the Wincc doesn't solve my problem because my proces starts every day at 6 A.M, and ends the next morning at 5 A.M In other wods everyday when the proces begins, i have to log the data in .cvs file. The Temperature and the PH has to be logged every 15 min, the other data for example the AddedSoda, AddedEnzym has to be logged only when it has really added to the proces(unknown time). because it depends on the PH, temperature.....etc Is there some who can help maybe with a VB script??? This should be no problem with thenormal tag logging properties?!?! Maro The other data for example the AddedSoda, AddedEnzym has to be logged only when it has really added to the proces(unknown time). because it depends on the PH, temperature.....etc Should also be no problem with normal tag logging settings. fbelic Posts: 327 Rating: (28)	Greetings Yes, it is possible. Make a script that executes every 15 minutes (using Scheduler). Structure of the script is something like this: 1. Write temperature in file. 2. If end of process (5 AM or whatever condition there is) 2.1 write all other data 2.2 change file-name File-name is a global internal variable (internal String tag). For actual scripting, check the VBScript manual. Concentrate of WriteLine function, OpenTextAsStream... (I don't have WinCC flex right now, so I can't be more specific). Best regards
