S120 with 400V for a 440V 60Hz motor

I have a following issue - all my SINAMICS S120 drives have infeed of 400V and all the motors are also 400V, 50Hz, but now I have some motors which are 60Hz, with 440V. How should I set my drive parameters with this motors? 400V is the maximum I have, is there any way that I could "trick" the drive and set everything with 400V? Did anybody encounter a similar problem?

akphantom Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I believe you can run this motor in different ways, it depends on what you need. 1. You don't need the full torque, so simply run it as 400V motor 60Hz. The flux will be less then nominal. 2. If you need the nominal torque you can limit the output frequency and configure the motor as 400V and 55Hz. So the speed will be less than nominal. Also self-cooling of the motor will be worse. 3. If you need the nominal speed with nominal torque connect the windings to triangle and limit the output voltage to 255V (if motor gives you such possibility to reconnect windings). That's the way i think. I hope it helps.
