Field PG WinCC Flexible Transfer Problem

dendhondt Posts: 156 Rating: (7)	We have 2 field PG's M2 PG 1 = Works fine , S7 CPU Communication, online functions work, WinCC Flex and Protool Transfer works also PG 2 = S7 CPU Communication, online functions work , But WinCC Flex Transfer does not work, When whe try to transfer a WinCC Flex project from PG 2 To HMI it doen't work ? Not with MPI and also not with Profibus. Ethernet doesn't work even. Same settings has PG 1 When we try to transfer this same project from PG 1 to HMI this works perfect, With MPI and also with Profibus and Ethernet, It is not a specific project that does not work, the problem occurs with all HMI devices. Both PG have Installed STEP 7 V5.4 Proffessional WinCC Flexible 2008 SP2 (With SP1 the problem was the same) In PG/PC Parameters > Diagnostic (when Profibus is selected) We can find The HMI DP Adres with the PG 2

We cannot transfer WinccFlex Projects Protool transfer works fine rs232/Mpi/DP is all works Step7 Online also works MPI / DP Only Wincflex tranfer doesnt work??? There is no specific error message? He just gives a message that the transfer was aborted because he coul'd not make a connection (just like when you want to tranfer but the cabel is not connected) I tried everything but nothing works Then i just take another Simatic field PG With the same project and the same transfer settings and it just works form the first try?

Sometimes it occurs with me because my anti-virus ocasionally blocks the communication with S7 or Simatic Panels. It moves theC:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\S7EPATSX.EXE to quarentine. I think this problem is solved now, after I include this aplicative in antivirus' "permission list" the problem didn't return. Regards!

I know this is a very "hard" way but sometimes is recommended. Perhaps someone could give you another way... Of course you could send Support Request Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
